The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Content Creation &amp; Curation:</li><li>Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the brand&rsquo;s voice and aesthetic.</li><li>Create visually appealing and on-brand content (photos, videos, graphics) for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok.</li><li>Write compelling captions, posts, and stories that engage and grow our online community.</li><li>Social Media Management:</li><li>Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with the audience across all platforms.</li><li>Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.</li><li>Campaigns &amp; Promotions:</li><li>Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.</li><li>Work closely with the e-commerce team to promote new collections, product launches, and special offers.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Facebook Analytics.</li><li>Generate regular reports on social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, growth) and provide insights to improve strategy.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Influencer &amp; Brand Collaborations:</li><li>Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other fashion-related social media personalities to expand brand reach.</li><li>Manage relationships with brand ambassadors and monitor their content for alignment with brand values.</li><li>Trend Monitoring:</li><li>Keep abreast of the latest fashion trends, especially in women&rsquo;s clothing, to ensure the brand&rsquo;s social media presence reflects current styles and consumer preferences.</li><li>Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and position the brand effectively.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills with a creative flair for storytelling.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Passion for fashion and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social Media In Fashion Industry and clothing brand : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
