Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing & interviewing.
  • Assist in creating job description, as needed.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Create and manage HR-related content for the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Post job openings, company updates, and employee engagement activities on social media.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries or comments on social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align HR-related social media activities with overall brand strategy.

3. Event Management / Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Assist in planning and organizing company events & employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, annual celebrations, trainings & workshops to improve workplace culture and morale.

4. HR Operations & Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee records data entry at HR software, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in employee onboarding & orientation.
  • Making & Updating Company Organogram

5. Performance Management:

  • Coordinate in performance appraisals, ensuring timely feedback and development plans.
  • Support managers, business head and employees in understanding and applying performance management processes in regard of KPI’s making and implementation.
  • Prepare and amend departmental SOPs time to time as required by Management.

6. General Administration:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as required.
  • Support HR Managers / Business Head in regard of Meeting Minutes, department wise follow-ups as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with a BBA or MBA degree will be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 03-06 months of experience in an HR role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes & best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Creative mindset with experience in social media content creation is a plus.
