HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function by developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational objectives. The role oversees the complete employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and employee engagement while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
  • Oversee all employee onboarding activities, ensuring completion of joining formalities and employment documentation.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations, and separation processes.
  • Oversee employee exit procedures, including clearances, handovers, final settlements, and exit interviews, while analyzing attrition trends and recommending retention initiatives.
  • Prepare, review, and issue employment-related documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and termination letters.
  • Lead the performance management process by coordinating appraisal cycles, reviewing evaluation summaries, and supporting management with performance-related decisions.
  • Ensure accurate management of attendance, leave records, and timely payroll inputs.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and company events to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential employee records in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and key workforce metrics, including recruitment, turnover, attendance, and performance data, to senior management.
  • Advise and support department heads on HR best practices, organizational development, employee performance, and workforce planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
