Job Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for planning, leading, directing, and coordinating the Human Resources functions of the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, policy implementation, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the complete hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for future workforce requirements.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Conduct investigations related to workplace issues.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Performance Management

  • Develop and administer performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and performance objectives.
  • Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement plans.
  • Assist in succession planning and career development.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage salary structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Ensure payroll-related information is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Recommend competitive compensation strategies.

Training & Development

  • Identify organizational training needs.
  • Develop and implement training programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and employee development plans.
  • Support leadership development initiatives.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.

Health, Safety & Welfare

  • Promote workplace health and safety practices.
  • Coordinate employee wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree/MBA (preferred).
  • Professional HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) are an advantage.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.
  • Office and factory/site visits as required.
  • May require occasional travel for recruitment, training, or business meetings
