We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring.
  • Build talent pipelines for future staffing needs.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and HR matters.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary matters when required.

Performance Management

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation systems.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support managers in setting goals and conducting performance reviews.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee benefits.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Promote company values and a healthy workplace culture.
  • Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.

  • Experience managing recruitment teams.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Experience in performance management and employee engagement programs.
