HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function in our manufacturing organization. The role involves developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, and managing talent acquisition, performance, and welfare to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit and retain top talent to meet workforce needs.
  • Employee Relations: Resolve workplace issues and promote a positive work culture.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and update HR policies.
  • Performance Management: Oversee appraisals and guide career development.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain workplace safety and implement wellness initiatives.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Supervise payroll and manage employee benefits programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 2+ years HR experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and compliance expertise.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS systems and labor laws.
