Job Summary
The Performance Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and return on advertising spend (ROAS). This role focuses on data-driven marketing across paid digital channels, working closely with the creative, e-commerce, and brand teams to maximise campaign performance and achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creatives, and audience segmentation.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
E-commerce Growth
- Drive website traffic, online conversions, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and sales events through targeted digital marketing.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Audience & Customer Acquisition
- Build and manage customer audiences for prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Optimize customer journeys across multiple digital touchpoints.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, and marketing content.
- Coordinate with the brand, merchandising, and product teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.
- Liaise with external agencies and platform representatives when required.
Market Research
- Monitor competitor activities, digital trends, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and digital marketing best practices.
- Identify new growth opportunities and recommend innovative campaign strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the fashion, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industry.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of TikTok Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
- Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Experience with conversion tracking and campaign attribution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with email marketing and CRM campaigns.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and creative performance optimisation.
