About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with a strong command of accounting principles, financial reporting, and strategic financial modeling. The ideal candidate must be ACCA or CA qualified, with at least 10 years of experience in managing accounts, preparing financial reports, budgeting, and ensuring compliance across various organizations or industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Ensure timely compliance with tax laws, audits, and regulatory reporting (FBR, SECP, etc.).
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies.
• Handle cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Present financial reports and insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and strategy.

Requirements:

• CA / ACCA / ICMA qualified or equivalent degree in Accounting & Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of handling full-cycle accounting and financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation laws, and corporate compliance in Pakistan.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems.
• Excellent command of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced financial functions.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in an IT or software services company.
• Exposure to international accounting standards and multi-currency transactions.
• Familiarity with investment analysis or M&A support.
