Ibex, for one of it's global client, is looking to hire a Business Analyst. Shortlisted candidate will be responsible for supporting the FP&A function. This is a cross-functional role that combines strong analytical and technical skills with solid business acumen. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities through the use of modern data tools and automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the FP&A team to provide analytical support in monitoring KPI, forecasting metrics, financial reporting and pricing models.
• Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver data-driven insights that inform financial decision-making.
• Build and maintain automated reports, and data pipelines using SQL and/or Python
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality through automation
• Work closely with data engineering and other analytics stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models that support strategic planning and performance analysis.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• +2 years experience as a financial analyst or a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Python knowledge is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for using data to drive business value.
