Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to the Chef’s instructions and quality standards.
• Ensure all dishes are presented in a consistent and visually appealing manner.
• Follow kitchen procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Assist in receiving and properly storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth kitchen operation.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel or restaurant).
• Solid knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible and open to working shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Culinary certification or vocational training is a plus.
