On a given day, you will:
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Oversee the creation and execution of all visual content, integrating AI tools and generative design approaches
  • Translate business goals into compelling creative strategies and designs that maximise conversion, retention, and user engagement
  • Utilise AI and data-driven insights to continually optimise creative assets for performance and brand consistency
  • Evaluate, implement, and advocate for AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Figma AI, Midjourney, Runway ML, etc.) that enhance business impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, UX, data, and leadership teams
  • Present and articulate creative concepts and their projected business impact to stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with trends in design, AI, and digital marketing

We would love to work with you if you:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Have 8+ years of experience in a creative/design role, with at least 2 years in management
  • Possess a portfolio highlighting design work that has impacted conversion, retention, and user experience
  • Have in-depth knowledge of AI-powered design tools and UX/UI principles
  • Are data-driven with experience in measuring and optimising creative performance
  • Excel in communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Are highly organised, adaptable, and passionate about innovation and digital trends
