Your Role


The Engagement Manager (EM) is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, ensuring financial oversight, maintaining governance and compliance, leading project teams, and supporting sales enablement. The EM plays a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.


  • Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Project Delivery : Leading engagements from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations, scope, and quality standards.
  • Financial Oversight : Managing budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and ensuring profitability.
  • Governance & Compliance : Adhering to internal project management methodologies, data protection, and security standards.
  • Team Leadership : Managing project teams, setting objectives, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Sales Enablement : Identifying and supporting new business opportunities, including change requests and upselling


Your Profile


  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in project and service delivery
  • Financial acumen (e.g., CM%, WIP, DOR, GOP)
  • Familiarity with tools like e-Monitoring, GFS, and Capgemini’s internal systems
  • Ability to manage multi-domain programs (e.g., marketing, sales, CX)
  • Tools & Systems- E-Monitoring: Used for engagement setup, financial tracking, and governance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
