Silver Ant Marketing is looking for a skilled PPC Executive (Technical) to join our vibrant team and support the daily management and optimization of paid search campaigns. You’ll work closely with the PPC Team Lead to execute and enhance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and more, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Support the setup, execution, and refinement of PPC campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Assist in making daily campaign adjustments, such as optimizing bids and refining ad copy, to meet performance goals.
Keyword & Audience Targeting
- Conduct keyword research and assist in audience segmentation and competitor analysis to improve targeting accuracy.
Ad Creation & Testing
- Collaborate with the PPC Team Lead and Account Managers to craft ad copy, perform A/B testing, and optimize ad extensions to boost ad quality and performance.
Conversion Tracking
- Help configure and fine-tune conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure campaign success.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) and prepare basic performance reports, identifying trends and suggesting optimizations.
Business Development Support
- Provide insights from campaign data to support new business opportunities or upsell strategies, without leading these efforts.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with SEO, Content, and Web Development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

- Research Tools: Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu
- Bid & Budget Tools: Optmyzr, Skai (Kenshoo), Marin Software, Adzooma
- Optimization Tools: Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Unbounce, Instapage
- Automation & Reporting: Google Ads Scripts, Zapier, PPC Samurai
- Tracking & Attribution: Google Tag Manager, CallRail, Wicked Reports
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on PPC campaign management, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms like TikTok and Snapchat Ads.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaign performance.
- Soft Skills: Quick problem-solving and adaptability to evolving digital trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Advertising Certification, or similar PPC credentials (preferred).
