Opportunity:
The Recruitment trainee will assist recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding potential candidates. This role provides hands-on experience in 360 degree recruitment, helping to attract top talent and support the company’s hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
· Maintain and update the candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
· Assist in head-hunting and building a strong talent pipeline.
· Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
· Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
· Assist in the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation.
· Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and social media content.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (last semester or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player.
