The Head of Talent Acquisition will be a strategic leader responsible for designing and implementing an innovative talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organizational goals and enhances the company’s competitive advantage in the marketplace. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment trends, market dynamics, and workforce planning to attract and retain high-caliber talent across various divisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data analytics to optimize recruitment processes, establishing best practices to improve the candidate experience, and fostering collaboration across departments. The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead a diverse, high-performing team, championing a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement while also actively participating in executive-level discussions to align talent strategies with business objectives. A strong emphasis will be placed on employer branding and utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with a strong focus on strategic recruitment initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Proven ability to utilize data-driven approaches to refine recruitment processes, measure effectiveness, and enhance candidate sourcing.
  • Extensive experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor market trends, employment legislation, and the competitive landscape affecting talent sourcing.
  • Exceptional understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and sourcing tools for effective candidate management.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to assess talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in employer branding initiatives and involvement in initiatives that enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, with a proven track record of developing programs to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a holistic talent acquisition strategy that meets the immediate and long-term talent needs of the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals while promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast talent needs, assess workforce planning, and develop succession planning strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Champion and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including social media recruiting and engaging passive candidates, to widen the talent pool.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advocate for and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment strategy, ensuring a diverse candidate slate for all roles.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new sourcing tools, and market intelligence to continuously refine talent acquisition strategies and techniques.
  • Present regular updates and reports to the executive team on recruitment activities, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
