Job Summary

Our client is hiring a Legal Associate to manage the legal needs of our tech-driven organization. You will take ownership of contracts, regulatory strategy, and corporate compliance across jurisdictions, especially focusing on the fast-evolving UAE crypto and tech regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts across employment, partnerships, investment, and token offerings
• Lead legal strategy on corporate structuring, token issuance, and IP protection
• Ensure full compliance with UAE laws (incl. DIFC, ADGM as applicable) and international regulations
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when needed
• Maintain corporate records and licensing documentation
• Monitor evolving legal frameworks in Web3/crypto within the UAE and abroad
• Navigate UAE free zone vs. mainland company structuring implications
• Understand DIFC/ADGM compliance frameworks for crypto and fintech businesses
• Assist with drafting bilingual (Arabic-English) legal documentation where necessary
• Advise on visa, employment termination, and end-of-service benefit calculations under UAE Labor Law
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in tech, crypto, or fintech industries
• UAE experience or legal qualification is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with both civil law and common law jurisdictions is beneficial
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
