Job Title: Market Insights Lead

Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, as an as a Marketing Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Assistant, Intern, or a related occupation. In the alternative, Employer will accept a master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, as an as a Marketing Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Assistant, Intern, or a related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Job Duties: Supports the Market Intelligence team with strategy development and commercialization of key programs, new applications and business models. Working with the Market Intelligence team, develop and enhance robust strategies and business case by a) understanding market trends and drivers; b) defining customer needs and value of meeting those needs vs competition; c) segmenting customers and focusing on target segments; d) articulating the marketing strategy for the target segment; e) providing financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies. Drive execution of projects with clear results and contributions to the business, including metrics to assess the impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace. As part of the Market Intelligence team, partner with business unit leaders globally, and functional leaders to effectively implement the strategies. Inform and contribute to the 5-year strategic planning process, considering total available markets, serviceable available markets, and serviceable obtainable markets. Help generate new ideas and opportunities to grow the business. Utilize strong skill set on functional marketing skills, e.g. voice of customer, segmentation, market research, pricing and value propositions to support key projects. *May partially telecommute from home within commuting distance of office.

Special Requirements: Must have experience and/or academic training with each of the following:

1. Understanding market trends and drivers of the Radiation Therapy Market

2. Analyses on financial performance, long-range forecasting for financial performance and growth estimation, and analysis studies

3. Financial models, including three-statement models, consolidation models, and forecasting models

4. Proficient at Power BI to build interactive dashboards

5. Primary market research skills and understanding of market segmentation

6. Understanding various consulting frameworks and apply systematic approaches

7. Voice of customer, segmentation, market research, pricing, and value propositions

8. Market strategy and insights, crafting effective narratives for presentations, and leading discussions with cross-functional teams on various topics

9. Earnings call analysis

Rate of Pay: $140,707.48/year
