Job Description

  • Maintain organized files and records while performing all related clerical tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure completeness of documentation, communication, and material requisitions by following up diligently.
  • Prepare various types of documentation, including text, spreadsheets, memos, and letters, as well as handle requisitions effectively.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and contribute to inventory management of spare parts and consumables.
  • Handle submission and follow-up of invoices and service orders accurately.
  • Provide support to company export laboratory staff regarding office administrative matters when needed.
  • Assist in the calibration of laboratory equipment and preparation of crude oil testing reports.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience preferably in oil & gas industry or Testing & certification industry.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic language is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and office software applications.
