The Partners & Contracts Manager is responsible for leading strategic partner engagement, onboarding, assessment, and contract lifecycle management within the Digital Business Services (DBS) portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency and innovation by managing executive relationships, evaluating partner capabilities, and aligning engagements with internal delivery teams. It also supports the development of sourcing strategies that comply with governance frameworks and contribute to commercial success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of strategic partner engagement, from evaluation to ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct technical and commercial assessments of potential and existing partners in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end partner onboarding processes, including RFP/RFI participation and compliance alignment.
• Lead contract lifecycle activities such as SOW creation, renewals, negotiations, and governance oversight.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between delivery, service, and operations teams for successful partner integration.
• Maintain a centralized database of partner engagements and performance history.
• Support strategic reporting and insights for executive decision-making regarding partner performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, contract management, or strategic partnerships.

• Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco’s procurement and contracting procedures is highly preferred.
• Experience working with partners in digital services, cloud, or enterprise environments is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CPSM, ITIL Foundation, or CIPS are advantageous.
