Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Project Management Executive/Coordinator at Global Village part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Ensure deadlines and milestones are met by continuously monitoring project progress.
• Assist in managing the Project Management Office (PMO) system for tracking and monitoring project progress.
• Prepare presentations to report project progress, issues and solutions to Senior Management.
• Facilitate regular meetings to provide updates on the project's progress, challenges and successes.
• Take detailed meeting notes, capture action items, and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including change orders and reports.
• Prepare and distribute regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project performance.
• Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Assist in identifying potential risks or issues that could impact project timelines, deliverables, or budgets.
• Ensure project deliverables meet required standards and quality expectations.
• Conduct site inspections and reviews of project work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Assist in addressing and resolving any operational issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to conducting post-project reviews to assess project success, lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Perform other duties as required to manage projects, as assigned effectively.

Qualifications Required:

• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science (BCA, BSc Computer Science, B.E., B.Tech) or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).
