About the Role


We are urgently seeking a skilled Hospitality Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and contributing to the achievement of the department’s hiring goals and talent strategy.


Responsibilities :


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to making offers.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure they meet our requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify top talent from diverse channels.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
  • Managing communication with job candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the recruitment process
  • Be part of the employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Build relationships with top hospitality schools and other external partners as needed.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Assist with other Recruitment-related tasks as needed.


Qualifications :


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.


Required Skills :


  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Recruiter with strong experience in high-volume hiring within lifestyle hospitality/restaurant industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, while also being a great team player.
  • Ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
