Evaluation of Data Analyses including current sales trends, Daily, Weekly and Monthly TRG vs ACH analyses
Coordinate on daily bases with Field Force Team, Promoters Team to check the Gaps of current sales, stock coverage and shop maintenance
Strongly Follow up the daily tasks of FF team and organize regular meetings with team
Coordinate with the Regional Managers and City Managers to cover and evaluate the current sales gaps
Team KPI evaluation and manage them accordingly
Must have the experience of Retail Management
Must be an efficient Team manager and coordinator
Must have good knowledge of competitors analyses and sales trends to generate productive strategy
Must have good capability of follow up of all dedicated tasks to team
Must have experience of development business plan and coverage plan
