Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- 2 years of experience developing APIs and integrating third-party services.
- 2 years of experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with FrontEnd technologies like TypeScript, React or Angular.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead back-end technical strategy and projects for teams and areas of Google Voice.
- Work on technical projects, investigating problem areas, and scoping out new work.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Collaborate with related engineering teams and other functions to launch high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
