Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in supply chain and logistics management. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written) and capable of joining immediately. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills to manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing supply chain strategies-Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts. · Coordinating logistics and transportation
• Analyse supply chain data and performance-Through continuous monitoring and improvement of supply chain performance metrics, the director can drive enhancements that lead to better customer satisfaction
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts-negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers; control manufacturing and delivery processes; plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met
• Monitor and motivate staff; Ensure targets are met; Recruit and train staff. Overseeing the distribution process every step of the way, you'll also be keeping
• Obtain the best price for raw material purchases, accurately forecast demand, and avoid stockouts. To achieve this, the supply chain director can use tools such as the economic order quantity (EOQ) and build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Administer product distribution and transportation so that goods arrive at the right place, at the right time, and as per the agreed-upon conditions.
• Establish key indicators for supply chain control.
• Plan the logistics strategy that the company will follow, maximize its resources, and monitor its inventory. To do this, programs such as a warehouse management system will come in handy.
• Identify new trends, drive process transformation, lead the implementation of technological advancements, and achieve more sustainable supply chains.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations, establish a sales planning process, and provide visibility of activities across the entire organization.
• Being responsible for overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
• Working alongside a 3PL and utilizing their WMS software to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations
• Tracking inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and/or deadstock
• Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals
• Preventing inventory shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards
• Optimizing procurement of inventory by improving vendor relationships, performance, and lead times
• Managing a dynamic team of production supervisors, full-time and part-time warehouse staff, and other direct reports
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key supply chain metrics.
• Maintain compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead and mentor supply chain staff to achieve high performance.
• Manage supply chain risks and respond effectively to disruptions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and make fast, informed decisions.
