Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to support and oversee the supply chain operations of our company. The successful candidate will ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and timely delivery of goods and materials. This opportunity is open only for Emirati National.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers and preparing purchase orders
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
• Collaborate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Prepare and maintain supply chain documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is an advantage
