Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Prime 4 Engineers to support the development, configuration, and maintenance of card management systems using the Prime 4 platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in card lifecycle management, transaction processing, and system integration within the cards domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain Prime 4 card management solutions.
• Support end-to-end card lifecycle operations including issuance, authorization, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders for requirements gathering and implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, regulatory guidelines, and internal standards.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Prime 4 or other card management systems.
• Good understanding of card payments ecosystem (credit, debit, prepaid).
• Strong knowledge of transaction processing (authorization, clearing, settlement).
• Experience with Unix/Linux, Oracle/SQL, and scripting.
• Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging formats is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
