We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) with a strong engineering background in .NET or Java Fullstack development, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. TPO will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring product initiatives are clearly translated into executable technical tasks. Knowledge in Salesforce, Boomi, Liferay, Oracle, and APIs is highly desirable and will be considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of complex digital products—from ideation and development to deployment and continuous optimization.
• Define and execute the product and technology roadmap, driving transformation and scalable growth across communication and collaboration platforms.
• Own and manage the product backlog; define and prioritize features, user stories, and technical enablers.
• Partner with architects and senior developers to make informed decisions around technical design.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards
• Lead detailed requirement gathering and analysis to ensure solutions meet both user and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, best practice implementation, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee integration and management of third-party tools and services, ensuring seamless alignment with internal platforms.
• Apply design thinking to enhance the customer journey and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Utilize software engineering and automation principles to streamline workflows and increase system reliability.
• Ensure all platforms adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Champion change management efforts to support adoption of new tools and features.
• Use analytics to measure product performance, identify trends, and present insights and impact reports to stakeholders.
• Support and enhance digital collaboration environments, including video conferencing systems, to ensure consistent and effective user experiences.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT product development, with expertise in product strategy, transformation, and growth.
• Proven track record of managing complex product initiatives from start to finish.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong background in .NET or Java fullstack development with understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and DevOps processes.
• Knowledge in Salesforce, Boomi, Liferay, Oracle, and APIs is highly desirable and will be considered a strong plus
• Strong understanding of requirement analysis, technology planning, and customer-focused design.
• Experience working with third-party integrations and digital collaboration platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to use design thinking to improve the customer journey and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Proficient in using analytics to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
