Siemens Healthineers is seeking a services professional to drive training success by working with internal stakeholders and service leadership. This role will be a key resource to ensure operations processes are well understood across headquarters and field service employees. This position will work closely with project managers to ensure processes are defined sufficiently so training can be successfully developed and delivered. The role will also lead infrastructure management for training content delivery across all customer services departments.
Responsibilities*
Manages a team consisting of non-technical trainers to ensure efficient training in pursuit of exceptional customer loyalty. Coaches, mentors, and leads direct reports towards high performance, quality and productivity. Manages training volume and the scheduling of training. Responds to training requests and provides feedback as well as drives development of the training. Manages communications with all stakeholders. Conducts one-on-ones and reviews of training, attendance records, and individual/team performance. Occasional travel is required.
Essential job functions:
Represents training team for new projects, initiatives including development of detailed training plan with objective success measures and metrics.
Provide training and personnel readiness updates to leadership, as required.
Reviews staffing needs to address business needs.
Oversees ongoing training program for Regional Service Managers.
Interviews, hires, and retains high-performing individual contributors.
Conducts one-on-ones and reviews of training, attendance records, and individual/team performance. Document Performance Improvement Plans and other corrective actions, if necessary.
Supports and implements departmental work instructions for training. Assists with special projects as assigned.
Skills, Education, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experienced with training development and delivery required
Proven track record in attention to detail
Ability to communicate training plans to leadership
Ability to analyze, chart and draw insights from data is preferred
Previous management of people a plus
Experience or knowledge of Siemens Healthineers operations processes is preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years Customer Service Experience preferred
Ability to travel less than 25%

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $116,500 - Max $174,700Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
