Job Title: Wire Cut Machine Operator (CNC EDM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Wire Cut Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC wire cut EDM machines for precise cutting of metal components according to engineering drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience in toolroom machining, good technical aptitude, and a strong understanding of manufacturing tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and work orders.
• Program and operate CNC wire EDM machines (e.g., Mitsubishi, Sodick, Makino, etc.).
• Select appropriate electrodes and set workpieces using jigs/fixtures.
• Perform part inspection using measuring tools (micrometers, vernier calipers, etc.).
• Ensure tight tolerances and surface finish quality as per design requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain job records and update process logs.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure machine cleanliness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical/Tool & Die/Manufacturing Technology.
• Experience: 2–5 years operating CNC wire cut EDM machines.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of G-code / CNC programming (preferred).
• Familiarity with EDM consumables, wire selection, and dielectric fluids.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Strong understanding of metal types and machining characteristics.

Preferred Experience With:

• CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD, or equivalent)

تعلیم اور تجربہ:

• تجربہ: CNC وائر کٹ EDM مشین چلانے کا کم از کم 2–5 سال کا تجربہ

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
