Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support our administrative team with day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration, coordination, and general business operations within a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
  • Help maintain and organize physical and digital office records.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, events, and office activities.
  • Greet and assist visitors or clients (if on-site).
  • Manage inventory and office supplies; assist with procurement tasks.
  • Perform basic research and prepare reports as directed.
  • Support HR and finance teams with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functioning efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Assist in planning and setting up operations for a new office.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
