Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing detailed engineering project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities including procurement, production, quality, and logistics.
  • Monitor project progress and update project documentation and status reports regularly.
  • Identify project risks and issues, escalating and supporting mitigation efforts proactively.
  • Facilitate communication and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Support vendor management and procurement processes related to project needs.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.



Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent engineering degree.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or engineering project coordination, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
