Experience Required:
3–7 Years of proven experience in B2B Sales, particularly within Digital Services, SaaS, or Tech domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads locally and internationally
- Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and maintain CRM records
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings and demos with decision-makers
- Present and pitch our agency’s services (Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, AI Solutions, Custom Software)
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive long-term business Handle objections, close deals, and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams for lead alignment
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help refine offerings
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of digital/tech services and buyer psychology
- Ability to independently manage pipelines and drive results
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
