 Team Leadership &amp; Workflow Coordination: Supervise and guide the Social Media Coordinator, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Writers to meet deadlines. Assign and prioritize tasks, especially for run-time requests from clients. Conduct content reviews and quality assurance checks before approvals. Coordinate with the Web Development and Design teams for web updates. Mentor junior team members to enhance skills and creativity.

 Content Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting: Track key metrics such as engagement, impressions, leads, and conversions across all platforms. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and SEMrush for performance tracking. Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and creative approaches.

 Client Engagement &amp; Crisis Management: Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, timelines, and feedback. Present strategies, performance reports, and upcoming plans during meetings.
