Position : Credit & Consumer Finance Operations Officer

Location : Kuwait – Head Office

Job Summary:

The Credit & Consumer Finance Operations Officer is responsible for managing and processing consumer finance transactions, ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining MIS reports, and coordinating reconciliation activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry & Transaction Processing:

• Accurately input consumer finance data into the system.
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update customer finance records with accuracy and efficiency.

2. Reporting to Cinet:

• Prepare and submit timely reports to Cinet as per regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy in all submitted data to comply with reporting standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any data discrepancies.

3. MIS for Consumer Finance:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports related to consumer finance.
• Analyze consumer finance data to support decision-making and risk assessment.
• Generate periodic reports and dashboards for management review.

4. Follow-up on Reconciliation:

• Track and follow up on consumer finance reconciliation processes.
• Identify discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Ensure all reconciliations are completed within the set deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in credit operations, finance Administration , or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of data management, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in handling large datasets and performing bulk data entry efficiently
