 Cross-Functional Project Facilitation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Facilitate and coordinate company-wide improvement initiatives involving multiple departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support project leaders in defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure progress tracking and timely reporting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Strategic Alignment
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure that improvement projects and departmental initiatives are aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support management in project prioritization based on impact, resource availability, and business goals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Duplication and Efficiency Control
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review ongoing and proposed initiatives across departments to identify overlaps, redundancies, or conflicts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend consolidation or reallocation to optimize efficiency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and maintain dashboards and reports summarizing improvement progress, achievements, and impact on KPIs.

 Highlight risk areas and support decision-making at management level.
 </li>

 Process Excellence

 Support departments in documenting and enhancing key business processes.
 </li>

 Facilitate workshops to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement using Lean methodologies.

 Change Facilitation &amp; Communication
 
 
 <ul>

 Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement through structured communication and follow-up on initiatives.

 Support awareness and knowledge-sharing sessions related to operational excellence.
 </li>

 Governance Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in maintaining the governance structure for improvement projects &mdash; tracking progress, ensuring consistency in methodology, and standardizing reporting templates.
 </li>

 Qualifications/Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge and Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4&ndash;5 years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or strategy execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to facilitate cross-departmental initiatives and manage stakeholders at different levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of Lean / Six Sigma principles, process mapping, and performance management systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, Asana).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in retail, supply chain, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education and Certifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification or training in Lean / Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) preferred.
 </li>
