We’re partnering with a well-known real estate developer to recruit a Executive Director, Development for a once-in-a-generation giga-project based in Saudi Arabia.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✢ Lead end-to-end development of residential projects—from concept to completion

✢ Oversee design, planning, construction, and handover in line with strategic objectives

✢ Manage budgets, timelines, and risk across a portfolio of mid- to large-scale assets

✢ Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

✢ Ensure regulatory compliance, sustainability, and quality assurance standards

✢ Deliver world-class living environments that enhance quality of life

🎯 Candidate Profile:

✔️ Must have GCC or Middle East Experience.

✔️ Strong background in residential communities, mixed-use, or urban regeneration

✔️ Fluent in project strategy, delivery, and stakeholder engagement

✔️ 15-20 years’ experience in real estate development, ideally with a client side development organisation.

✔️ Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
