Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with mall management regarding approval processes and permit applications.
  • Send professional email communications to mall authorities, contractors, and internal departments.
  • Monitor permit expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Assist the facilities team in tracking and following up on technical maintenance, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Manage and process invoices received from the procurement department and ensure timely coordination with accounts for submission.
  • Subcontractors for project progress, work status updates, and required documentation.
  • Regularly communicate with the MEP team to follow up on pending works and ensure task completion.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for all permits and civil defense contracts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative or facility support roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of facility operations (FF, FA, HVAC, MEP, etc.).
  • Proficient in using CAFM software and other related.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
