Job Title:Systems &amp; Reports AdministratorJob SummaryThe Systems &amp; Reports Administrator is responsible for managing business data across multiple platforms, transforming raw information into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making for both internal stakeholders and clients. This role oversees survey analysis, performance reporting, system data accuracy, and process documentation, ensuring leadership has reliable visibility into operations, sales, headcount, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources including system platforms, surveys, and feedback tools.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Power BI, Tableau, and spreadsheet tools.</li><li>Generate regular performance tracking reports covering sales, productivity, headcount, and operational KPIs.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of system data through regular audits and data cleansing.</li><li>Translate survey results and mystery shopper findings into actionable business insights and improvement recommendations.</li><li>Prepare structured reports and presentations for management and clients.</li><li>Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and system documentation to support effective implementation.</li><li>Work closely with operations, HR, finance, and leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through proactive data analysis.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.</li><li>Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.</li><li>High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to turn complex data into clear, practical insights.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience with POS/ERP systems (Zenoti or similar) is an advantage.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Leadership makes faster, better decisions using your reports.</li><li>Data across systems is clean, reliable, and trusted.</li><li>Performance gaps and opportunities are clearly visible.</li><li>Survey and mystery shopper feedback drives real improvement, not just files in a folder.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 per month

Systems & Reports Administrator

The Marketing Manager is in charge of leading the Marketing team in setting up strategic Marketing plans, in addition to developing, implementing and preserving Marketing strategies to achieve the Company's brand management, products/services objectives.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies in order to attain set objectives in terms of revenues, profitability and market share while preserving a consistent corporate image in all campaigns, promotions and events.</li><li>Develop and execute seasonal Marketing business plans based on the annual marketing strategy and the business plan in order to increase traffic and revenue, by understanding consumer behavior, requirements and competitors' share.</li><li>Increase market visibility and company brand awareness through ongoing promotions and activities to stimulate sales and measure ROI.</li><li>Analyse market dynamics, competition, and consumer behavioral changes by staying abreast of market trends to add value to the business and adjust the strategy execution accordingly.</li><li>Manage budget expenditure and targets in terms of revenues and expenses.</li><li>Manage the entire brand life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.</li><li>Maintain a strong menu of services with both exceptional artistic and aesthetic value.</li><li>Negotiate suppliers, media agencies and partnerships agreements as well as maintain strong relationships in order to add value</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing or business Administration; master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.</li><li>8 years of experience in a similar field with at least 3 years in a managerial position.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
