Arabic Female Receptionist

Join our team as a Receptionist and be part of a dynamic, trendsetting brand that celebrates beauty, excellence, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations:

• Greet clients and inform technicians of their arrival and treatments.
• Maintain accurate branch communication and documentation.
• Manage cash, handle sales, and follow daily closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
• Follow all front desk SOPs and maintain reception area standards.

Booking & System Management:

• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments.
• Ensure accurate treatment and client records in the system.
• Manage therapists' schedules, leaves, and lunch breaks.
• Stay updated on pricing, promotions, and apply money handling SOPs.

Client & Team Interaction:

• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up professionally.
• Promote services and products effectively.
• Support the Branch Manager with admin tasks.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain branch ambience.

Profile Requirements

1. Skills:

• Strong passion for customer service
• Excellent English communication skills
• Great time management and multi-tasking ability
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and POS systems
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

2. Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a receptionist as well as in Sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Arabic (Preferred)
