Receptionist

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

Manage the reception desk and welcome visitors, employees, and guests professionally.

Handle general enquiries and provide appropriate information to visitors and callers.

Answer and direct incoming calls and take messages when required.

Receive and distribute incoming mail, documents, faxes, and courier deliveries.

Coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.

Maintain the contact directory.

Assist with meeting room arrangements and coordination of meetings.

Support travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.

Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment.

Prepare employee communications and newsletters.

Support the planning and coordination of events and engagement activities.

Provide administrative support to HR as required.

Performing any other duties/projects assigned by manager from time to time to meet business expectations.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Education – Bachelor’s degree

Work Experience – 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative role

Specific Skills –

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
