
Set the Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines/ vision and value proposition for short / Long term. Analyze the brand positioning and consumer insights taking into consideration the digital marketing manager input on consumer demands and trends/insights. Conduct competitor and customer insights analysis. Translate brand elements into plans and go‐to‐market strategies whilst leading creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, other than the digital ones, and assess ROI and KPIs. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities, in coordination with digital marketing manager. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities. Lead, plan and execute BTL and ATL marketing activities for the assigned brand which helps in implementing the long term strategic plan. Collaborate with Procurement department in developing the marketing calendar to pre‐plan assortments and stock replenishment forecasts by taking into consideration market needs and demand. Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of the marketing activities. Contribute to marketing activities and innovation including ATL, BTL and custom made events in addition to exclusive launches. Negotiate suppliers, media agencies and partnerships agreements as well as maintain strong relationships in order to add value to the business and increase brand exposure and visibility.
