The Recruitment Intern will assist recruitment team insourcing, screening, and onboarding potential candidates. This role provides hands-on experience in 360 degree recruitment, helping to attract top talent and support the company’s hiring goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in head-hunting and building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and social media content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (last semester or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player.
