Job Description

As an CRM Associate - HubSpot, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for assisting with the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of HubSpot for our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring that our clients can leverage HubSpot to automate processes, track leads, manage campaigns, and ultimately, grow their businesses.

This is an entry-level position with a strong focus on learning and development. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on more strategic responsibilities in CRM management, marketing automation, reporting, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Setup & Configuration:
  • Assist in the initial setup of HubSpot accounts for clients, including configuring properties, pipelines, workflows, and automations.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure smooth integration with other tools and systems.
  • Client Onboarding Support:
  • Help onboard clients onto the HubSpot platform, guiding them through key features and best practices.
  • Provide training support and troubleshooting for clients to ensure a smooth transition to using HubSpot effectively.
  • CRM Data Management:
  • Assist with importing and exporting client data (contacts, companies, deals) into HubSpot.
  • Clean and maintain data hygiene (removing duplicates, updating fields, ensuring data consistency).
  • Campaign & Workflow Assistance:
  • Support the team in building, testing, and optimizing email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and automation sequences.
  • Help manage content for newsletters, landing pages, and lead generation forms.
  • Client Communication & Reporting:
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, answering questions and providing updates on their progress.
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics for clients.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Complete HubSpot Academy certifications and stay updated on new HubSpot features and best practices.
  • Learn from the senior team to eventually take on more complex tasks, including strategy development and advanced reporting.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong aptitude for learning new software, with an understanding of CRM tools and SaaS platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with clients or in customer service is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Client-Facing Experience (Optional but Preferred): Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as account management or digital marketing.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Previous experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for editing email templates and landing pages.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Notion).
