Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Onsite, Riyadh)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (English & Arabic) inside sales executive to engage in outbound calls for software solutions outreach, including ERP, SaaS platforms (Odoo, Zoho etc.), and custom mobile/web apps. The candidate should possess basic knowledge of these solutions to confidently initiate conversations and qualify leads for presales & technical demos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call and follow up with potential clients to generate qualified leads.
• Build rapport with C-level executives (IT Managers, Directors, Business Owners).
• Explain software solutions at a high level to warm up prospects.
• Schedule product demos for the presales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and lead status.
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize outreach efforts.

Requirements:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English & Arabic (verbal & written).
• Basic understanding of ERP, SaaS, and business software solutions.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and patience in cold calling.
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
• Must be based in Riyadh with a valid visa allowing full-time onsite work.

Preferred:

• Experience in telecalling/SaaS sales targeting GCC market.
