Job Description & Roles and Responsibilities

  • Being Leading LED light Manufacturers in Oman, seeking qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services our customers by studying the market situations and factors.
  • The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
  • Should be responsible for informing management his productivity by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following and defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
  • Coordinate with other sales executives to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
  • May need to work in Company showrooms

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing and sales.
  • 22-30 years old
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel at least 80% of the time to customer events
  • GCC driving license is an added advantage
  • languages: Hindi , Arabic , English ( Arabic or Hindi is most )
  • Available in muscat
  • can join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO250.000 - RO300.000 per month

License/Certification:
