Your Role at Vormand

• Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Stay updated on all current offerings and features to guide customers effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience that builds trust and repeat business.
• Accurately maintain records using our CRM system.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Quick thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM and sales tools is a plus.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (night shift).

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 80,000 (depending on experience)
