We are seeking a proactive and strategic Payment Gateway/ Account Sourcing Specialist to support our operations in the fast-paced iGaming sector. This role is crucial in managing banking relationships, streamlining transaction flows, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage banking and merchant accounts aligned with business needs.
• Oversee and optimize Pay-In and Pay-Out workflows for operational efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions and settlements.
• Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Establish, nurture, and expand strategic partnerships with banks and payment service providers.
• Troubleshoot transactional issues and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in banking operations, account sourcing, or payment processing.
• Familiarity with financial compliance, KYC/AML procedures, and industry regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build effective partnerships.
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or digital payments is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
