About the Role:

Proto IT Consultants is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in running and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads). You will play a key role in strategizing, implementing, and monitoring paid media campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase ROI for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to optimize targeting strategies.
• Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and make real-time optimizations.
• Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze trends, and present insights and recommendations.
• Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI within allocated spend.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) running and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make performance-based decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with landing page optimization tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or Elementor.
• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
