As we scale our private aviation operations, we are looking for talented professionals to join our elite team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Private Jet Charter Executive to lead and expand our charter sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of private aviation, a strong client network, and a proven track record of delivering tailored charter solutions for premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

Charter Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Source, negotiate, and close private jet charter flights (domestic and international) for VIP and corporate clients.
  • Build customized charter proposals that align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of UHNWIs, corporates, family offices, and brokers.

Market Sourcing & Coordination

  • Identify and secure aircraft availability through operators, owners, and global networks.
  • Monitor charter market trends, pricing, and aircraft availability to provide competitive solutions.
  • Use charter booking platforms (e.g., Avinode, Leon) to efficiently source and manage flights.

Deal Structuring & Compliance

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and financial requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure smooth transaction execution and client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management

  • Deliver exceptional service to retain and grow client relationships.
  • Act as a trusted aviation advisor, providing insights on aircraft types, routes, and fractional ownership options.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.
  • Provide management with regular updates on pipeline activity, closed deals, and client feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in private aviation charter sales, aircraft brokerage, or luxury travel sales.
  • Client Network: Established portfolio of private aviation clients, brokers, or operators is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical: Strong knowledge of private jet operations, charter regulations, and aircraft specifications. Proficiency in Avinode, Leon, or similar aviation platforms is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) are advantageous.
