We are seeking a proficient Procurement Officer (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering background) to join our Qatar office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate and interpret technical specifications for mechanical products as per project requirements.
• Ensure procured products meet quality, functionality, and technical standards in alignment with client needs.
• Assess technical specifications and provide recommendations to meet operational demands.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with industry and client standards.
• Support the tender process by conducting technical evaluations and delivering insights.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in procurement, including a mandatory 3-4 years of GCC experience in oil & gas sector.
• Expertise in procurement processes for mechanical materials and equipment.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
